The Committee on Natural Resources, Agriculture and Mining was 
called to order  on Friday, June 30, 1995, Chairman Marcia de 
Braga presiding in the Assembly Chambers of the Legislative 
Building, Carson City, Nevada. 

COMMITTEE MEMBERS PRESENT:

STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT:

David S. Ziegler, Senior Research Analyst

Chairman de Braga asked the committee if they would like to 
concur or not with  amendment number 1387 to A.B. 548.  The 
amendment would change the effective date on two sections of the 
bill.


ASSEMBLYMAN BENNETT MOVED TO CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT 1387 TO 
A.B. 548.

ASSEMBLYMAN NEIGHBORS SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED.  (ASSEMBLYMEN CARPENTER, SANDOVAL AND 
HUMKE WERE ABSENT AT THE TIME OF THE VOTE.)
