ASSEMBLY BILL 652 - Authorizes issuance of elk tags as compensation for damage to property caused by elk. ASSEMBLYMAN BENNETT MOVED TO INDEFINITELY POSTPONE A.B. 652. ASSEMBLYMAN NEIGHBORS SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED BY THOSE PRESENT. (ASSEMBLYMAN SANDOVAL WAS ABSENT AT THE TIME OF THE VOTE.) ASSEMBLY BILL 660 - Requires division of wildlife of state department of conservation and natural resources to establish plans for management of herds of elk. ASSEMBLY BILL 723 - Revises provisions governing membership of county advisory boards to manage wildlife. ASSEMBLYMAN NEIGHBORS MOVED TO INDEFINITELY POSTPONE A.B. 723. ASSEMBLYMAN OHRENSCHALL SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED BY THOSE PRESENT. (ASSEMBLYMAN SANDOVAL WAS ABSENT AT THE TIME OF THE VOTE.) ASSEMBLY BILL 591 - Provides in skeleton form for voluntary disclosure of certain hazards. After discussion on the bill from members of the committee a vote was taken. ASSEMBLYMAN HUMKE MOVED TO AMEND AND DO PASS A.B. 591 WITH AMENDMENT 1158. ASSEMBLYMAN CARPENTER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION LOST. (ASSEMBLYMAN SEGERBLOM, BACHE AND DE BRAGA VOTED NO.
