The Committee on Natural Resources, Agriculture and Mining was 
called to order at 12:00 p.m., on Thursday, June 8, 1995, 
Chairman John C. Carpenter presiding in Assembly Chambers, 
Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.

STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT:

David S. Ziegler, Senior Research Analyst

Chairman Carpenter met behind the bar in the Assembly Chambers 
with members of the committee to approve Amendment No. 639 to 
A.B. 537.  The motion had previously been made and carried 
during committee meetings to Amend and Do Pass.  Mr. Bache 
discussed with the committee amendments to A.B. 537, and the 
committee had no opposition to his proposal.
