MINUTES OF THE
	ASSEMBLY COMMITTEE ON
	NATURAL RESOURCES, AGRICULTURE AND MINING

The Committee on Natural Resources, Agriculture and Mining was 
called to order at 12:10 p.m., on Tuesday, May 30, 1995, 
Chairman John C. Carpenter presiding in the Assembly Chambers of 
the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.  


COMMITTEE MEMBERS PRESENT:

The committee on Natural Resources, Agriculture and Mining held 
a floor meeting in the Assembly Chambers at 12:10 P.M.  Chairman 
Carpenter presided and explained he would like to suspend Rule 
92 for the purpose of posting S.J.R. 6, to be heard on Wednesday 
May 31, 1995.  He will ask that the measure, if passed by the 
committee on Wednesday, be given emergency status on the floor 
of the Assembly, if passed, remitted immediately to the Senate.

ASSEMBLYMAN BACHE MOVED TO SUSPEND RULE 92 FOR S.J.R. 6 
ONLY.

ASSEMBLYMAN OHRENSCHALL SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY BY THOSE PRESENT.  
(ASSEMBLYMAN HUMKE WAS ABSENT AT THE TIME OF THE VOTE.)  





The meeting was adjourned at 12:15 p.m.
