MINUTES OF THE
	ASSEMBLY COMMITTEE ON LABOR AND MANAGEMENT

	Sixty-eighth Session
	May 1, 1995


The Committee on Labor and Management was called to order at the back bar in 
the Assembly Chambers on Monday, May 1, 1995, at 12:21 p.m.

All members of the Committee were present except Assemblyman Carpenter, 
Assemblyman Ernaut, and Assemblyman Sandoval.  Chairman Krenzer called for a 
motion to introduce BDR 53-1991.  This bill draft request is one of a series, which 
would make various changes to provisions governing industrial insurance.

ASSEMBLYMAN ANDERSON MOVED TO INTRODUCE BDR NO. 53-1991.

ASSEMBLYMAN GOLDWATER SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED.

Chairman Krenzer thanked the members for their time and adjourned the meeting 
at 12:23 p.m.
