The Committee on Judiciary was called to order at 12:17 a.m. on July 2,1995 
behind the bar of the Assembly by Chairman Humke. Assemblymen Anderson, 
Buckley, Sandoval, Carpenter, Manendo, Monaghan, Ohrenschall, Perkins, Steel, 
and Stroth were in attendance.

ASSEMBLYMAN BUCKLEY MOVED TO DO PASS SENATE BILL 582.

ASSEMBLYMAN OHRENSCHALL SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED.


The meeting adjourned at 12:20 a.m.
