The Committee on Judiciary was called to order at 5:13 p.m. on July 1, 1995 
behind the bar of the Assembly by Chairman Anderson. Assemblymen Humke, 
Buckley, Sandoval, Carpenter, Manendo, Ohrenschall, Schneider, and Steel were in 
attendance.

ASSEMBLYMAN HUMKE MOVED TO AMEND AND DO PASS 
ASSEMBLY BILL 743.

ASSEMBLYMAN OHRENSCHALL SECONDED THE MOTION.

Submitted was a letter of July 1, 1995 from Tom Wiesner (Exhibit A), and a letter 
of July 1, 1995, accompanied by a list of members of the Nevada Licensed 
Beverage Association, from Paul J. Russo (Exhibit B.)

THE MOTION CARRIED. ASSEMBLYMAN BUCKLEY VOTED NO.

The meeting adjourned at 5:32 p.m.
