The Committee on Judiciary was called to order at 11:20 a.m. on July 1, 1995 
behind the bar of the Assembly by Chairman Anderson. Assemblymen Humke, 
Buckley, Sandoval, Batten, Carpenter, Goldwater, Manendo, Monaghan, 
Ohrenschall, Perkins, Schneider, Steel, and Stroth were in attendance.

ASSEMBLYMAN HUMKE MOVED TO INTRODUCE BDR S-2170.

ASSEMBLYMAN PERKINS SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED.


The meeting adjourned at 12:05 p.m.
