The Committee on Judiciary was called to order at 12:45 p.m. on June 30, 1995 
behind the bar of the Assembly by Chairman Humke. Assemblymen Anderson, 
Buckley, Sandoval, Batten, Carpenter, Goldwater, Manendo, Monaghan, 
Ohrenschall, Perkins, Schneider, Steel, and Stroth were in attendance.

ASSEMBLYMAN CARPENTER MOVED TO AMEND AND DO PASS 
SENATE BILL 299.

ASSEMBLYMAN ANDERSON SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED. ASSEMBLYMAN BATTEN VOTED NO.

The meeting adjourned at 12:47 p.m.
