The Committee on Judiciary was called to order at 1:45 p.m. on June 22,1995 
behind the bar of the Assembly by Chairman Humke. Assemblymen Anderson, 
Buckley, Batten, Carpenter, Goldwater, Manendo, Monaghan, Ohrenschall, Perkins, 
and Stroth were in attendance.

ASSEMBLYMAN MONAGHAN MOVED TO RE-REFER SENATE BILL 16 
TO COMMITTEE ON WAYS & MEANS.

ASSEMBLYMAN OHRENSCHALL SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED.

The meeting adjourned at 1:48 p.m.
