The Committee on Judiciary was called to order at 12:30 p.m. on June 20,1995 
behind the bar of the Assembly by Chairman Humke. Assemblymen Anderson, 
Buckley, Sandoval, Batten, Carpenter, Goldwater, Manendo, Monaghan, 
Ohrenschall, Perkins, Schneider, Steel, and Stroth were in attendance.

ASSEMBLYMAN STEEL MOVED TO RECONSIDER AMENDMENT NO. 
990 TO ASSEMBLY BILL 292 AS TO THE DELETION OF SECTION 3, 
PAGE 4, OF THE AMENDMENT DEALING WITH THE CASES 
EFFECTED.

ASSEMBLYMAN MONAGHAN SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION FAILED. ASSEMBLYMEN BUCKLEY, PERKINS, 
SCHNEIDER, GOLDWATER, ANDERSON, OHRENSCHALL, AND 
CARPENTER VOTING NO.

The meeting adjourned at 12:35 p.m.
