The Committee on Judiciary was called to order at 1:20 p.m. on June 13,1995 
behind the bar of the Assembly by Chairman Humke. Assemblymen Anderson, 
Buckley, Sandoval, Carpenter, Goldwater, Manendo, Monaghan, Ohrenschall, 
Perkins, Schneider, Steel, and Stroth were in attendance.

ASSEMBLYMAN STEEL MOVED TO AMEND ASSEMBLY BILL 364.

ASSEMBLYMAN OHRENSCHALL SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED.

The meeting adjourned at 1:23 p.m.
