The Committee on Judiciary was called to order at 12:44 p.m. on June 12,1995 
behind the bar of the Assembly by Chairman Anderson. Assemblymen Humke, 
Buckley, Sandoval, Batten, Carpenter, Goldwater, Manendo, Monaghan, 
Ohrenschall, Perkins, Schneider, Steel, and Stroth were in attendance.

ASSEMBLYMAN SANDOVAL MOVED TO INTRODUCE BDR NO. 1-
1703.

ASSEMBLYMAN OHRENSCHALL SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED. VOTING NO WAS ASSEMBLYMAN BATTEN.

The meeting adjourned at 12:45 p.m.
