The Committee on Judiciary was called to order at 12:05 p.m. on June 8,1995 
behind the bar of the Assembly by Chairman David Humke. Assemblymen 
Anderson, Buckley, Sandoval, Batten, Carpenter, Goldwater, Manendo, Perkins, 
Schneider, Steel, and Stroth were in attendance.

ASSEMBLYMAN ANDERSON MOVED TO RESCIND THE DO PASS 
MOTION ON SENATE BILL 374.

ASSEMBLYMAN PERKINS SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED.
