The Subcommittee on Judiciary was called to order at 2:08 p.m., on Wednesday, 
May 31, 1995, Chairman Schneider presiding in Room 331 of the Legislative 
Building, Carson City, Nevada.  Exhibit A is the Agenda.  Exhibit B is the 
Attendance Roster.

ASSEMBLY BILL 540 -	Increases monetary limits relating to claims in justices' 
courts.

The minutes of the subcommittee have not been transcribed. Only verbal testimony

file with the Legislative Counsel Bureau library.
