The Committee on Judiciary was called to order at 11:15 a.m. on May 5, 1995 
behind the bar of the Assembly by Chairman David Humke. Assemblymen 
Anderson, Humke, Buckley, Sandoval, Carpenter, Goldwater, Manendo, Monaghan, 
Perkins, Schneider, and Steel were in attendance.

A MOTION WAS MADE BY ASSEMBLYMAN PERKINS TO 
INTRODUCE B.D.R. 15-1990.

THE MOTION WAS SECONDED BY ASSEMBLYMAN MONAGHAN.

THE MOTION CARRIED.


The meeting adjourned at 11:18 a.m.
