The subcommittee on Judiciary was called to order at 2:13 p.m., on Thursday, 
April 27, 1995, Chairman Perkins presiding in Room 330 of the Legislative Building, 
Carson City, Nevada.  Exhibit A is the Agenda.  Exhibit B is the Attendance Roster.

192 have not been transcribed.  Testimony included (Exhibit C), copies of cases In 
re Young, 857 P.2d 989 (Wash. 1993) and Chief of Police Woodridge Township 
and (Exhibit D), proposed amendment to A.B. 427.


The tape of the subcommittee hearing and exhibits thereto are on file with the 
Legislative Counsel Bureau research library.
