The Subcommittee on A.B. 313 was called to order at 3:49 p.m., on Wednesday, 
April 19, 1995, Chairman Sandoval presiding in Room 331 of the Legislative 
Building, Carson City, Nevada.  Exhibit A is the Agenda.  Exhibit B is the
