a.m., on Thursday, March 23, 1995, Chairman Sandoval presiding in Room 332 of 
the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.  Exhibit A is the Agenda.  There 
being no individuals signing in to testify, no Attendance Roster is attached.
