MINUTES OF THE
	ASSEMBLY COMMITTEE ON HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES

The Committee on Health and Human Services was called to order behind the bar 
by Chairman Vivian Freeman in the Assembly Chambers of the Legislative Building, 
Carson City, Nevada on Thursday, June 8, 1995 at 1:15 p.m.  

The entire Committee was present.  Chairman Freeman called for a motion to 
introduce BDR 40-1389 which specifies persons who may obtain results of 
laboratory tests regarding patients of rural hospitals.

ASSEMBLYMAN DAVID GOLDWATER MOVED FOR COMMITTEE 
INTRODUCTION OF BDR 40-1389.

ASSEMBLYWOMAN SAUNDRA KRENZER SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED.
