MINUTES OF THE ASSEMBLY COMMITTEE ON HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES Sixty-eighth Session May 25, 1995 The Committee on Health and Human Services was called to order behind the bar by Chairman Vivian Freeman in the Assembly Chambers of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada on Thursday, May 25, 1995 at 11:15 a.m. The entire Committee was present. Chairman Freeman called for a motion to introduce BDR 40-2071 which establishes procedures pursuant to which person may choose not to be resuscitated in event of cardiac or respiratory arrest.
