MINUTES OF THE
	ASSEMBLY COMMITTEE ON HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES

The Committee on Health and Human Services was called to order behind the bar 
by Chairman Jan Monagan in the Assembly Chambers of the Legislative Building, 
Carson City, Nevada on Monday, May 22, 1995 at 11:15 a.m.

The entire Committee was present.  Chairman Monaghan called for a motion to 
introduce BDR 54-1249 which authorizes unlicensed personal assistant to perform 
certain services for person with disability under certain circumstances.  

ASSEMBLYWOMAN VIVIAN FREEMAN MOVED FOR COMMITTEE 
INTRODUCTION OF BDR 54-1249.

ASSEMBLYMAN WENDELL WILLIAMS SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
