	ASSEMBLY COMMITTEE ON HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES

The Committee on Health and Human Services was called to order behind the bar 
by Chairman Vivian Freeman in the Assembly Chambers of the Legislative Building, 
Carson City, Nevada on Friday, May 19, 1995 at 12:05 p.m. 

The entire Committee was present.  Chairman Freeman called for a motion to 
introduce BDR 15-1692 which revises provisions governing crimes related to 
tobacco and licensing of cigarette dealers.

ASSEMBLYMAN WENDELL WILLIAMS MOVED FOR COMMITTEE 
INTRODUCTION OF BDR 15-1692.

ASSEMBLYWOMAN JAN MONAGHAN SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
