	ASSEMBLY COMMITTEE ON HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES

The Assembly Committee on Health and Human Services was called to order at the 
desk of Chairman Vivian L. Freeman in the Assembly Chambers on Friday, February 
24, 1995 at 11:15 a.m.

There was a two thirds majority present.  The Chairman called for a motion to 
introduce the following Bill Draft Request:

BDR 54-294 -	Revises provisions relating to performance of certain tasks by 
dental hygienists.

ASSEMBLYWOMAN JAN EVANS MOVED FOR COMMITTEE 
INTRODUCTION OF BILL DRAFT REQUEST 54-294.

ASSEMBLYWOMAN JAN MONAGHAN SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY BY THOSE PRESENT.
