The Committee on Government Affairs met in the Gallery of the Assembly 
Chambers on the 29th day of June, 1995 at the hour of 5;56 p.m.

Committee was called to order at 5:56 p.m. for the purpose of voting on Senate 
Bill 489.  

There was a quorum present.

ASSEMBLYMAN BACHE MOVED TO AMEND AND DO PASS S.B. 489.

ASSEMBLYMAN FREEMAN SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.

 A letter from all four parties from the water planning coalition was submitted as 
an aid to consideration of S.B. 489 (Exhibit A).  The entire Washoe delegation was 
in agreement with the amendments.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:59 p.m.
