ASSEMBLYMAN ERNAUT MOVED TO INTRODUCE THE BILL DRAFT 
REQUEST.

ASSEMBLYMAN WILLIAMS SECONDED THE MOTION.

MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
