introduction of BDR No. 21-2037.  

There was a Two-thirds majority present.

ASSEMBLYMAN WILLIAMS MOVED TO INTRODUCE THE BILL DRAFT 
REQUEST.

ASSEMBLYMAN HARRINGTON SECONDED THE MOTION.

MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
