The Committee on Government Affairs met in the Gallery of the Assembly 
Chambers on the 29th day of March, 1995 at the hour of 2:30 p.m.

Committee was called to order at 2:30 p.m., for the purpose of Suspending 
Assembly Rule 92 and for posting of the Agenda on Senate Bill 304 and Senate Bill 
305.  This meeting was called to allow the posting of an agenda for two 
emergency measures in a reasonable amount of time.  

There was a two thirds majority present.

ASSEMBLYMAN LAMBERT MOVED FOR SUSPENSION OF RULE 92.

ASSEMBLYMAN de BRAGA SECONDED THE MOTION.

MOTION CARRIED 10 TO 1 WITH ASSEMBLYMAN KRENZER VOTING 
NO.
