	ASSEMBLY COMMITTEE ON ELECTIONS AND PROCEDURES

The Committee on Elections and Procedures met in the Assembly Chambers behind 
the bar on Friday, June 30, 1995, at 6:30 p.m., for the purpose of taking action on 
S.B. 249.  A quorum was present.

SENATE BILL 249  -	Requires fiscal note on legislation containing appropriation to 
indicate if appropriation is included in executive budget.

ASSEMBLYMAN DINI MOVED TO DO PASS S.B. 249.

ASSEMBLYMAN HUMKE SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED.
ASSEMBLYMEN ALLARD AND PRICE, AND ASSEMBLYWOMAN 
MONAGHAN WERE NOT PRESENT FOR THE VOTE.
