	ASSEMBLY COMMITTEE ON ELECTIONS AND PROCEDURES

The Committee on Elections and Procedures met in the Assembly Chambers behind 
the bar on Wednesday, June 28, 1995, at 5:45 p.m., for the purpose of taking 
action on A.B. 589 and A.C.R. 43, and considering the introduction of Bill Draft 
Requests R-2155, R-2152 and R-2153.  A quorum was present.

ASSEMBLY BILL 589  -	Requires allocation of certain portion of tax levied 
on special fuel to counties in which payments of 
tax originate.

ASSEMBLYMAN DINI MOVED TO INDEFINITELY POSTPONE A.B. 589.

ASSEMBLYMAN ALLARD SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED.
ASSEMBLYWOMEN EVANS, FREEMAN AND MONAGHAN, AND 
ASSEMBLYMEN  FETTIC AND PERKINS WERE NOT PRESENT FOR THE
