The Committee on Elections and Procedures met in the Assembly Chambers behind the 
bar on Friday, May 19, 1995, at 11:45 a.m., for the purpose of considering the 
introduction of the following bill draft requests. A quorum was present.

BDR R-2067-	Designates Director of Legislative Counsel Bureau as energy retrofit 
coordinator for buildings occupied by legislative branch of 
government.

ASSEMBLYWOMAN MONAGHAN MOVED FOR COMMITTEE INTRODUCTION 
          OF BDR R-2067.

ASSEMBLYMAN HUMKE SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED WITH ASSEMBLYWOMAN LAMBERT ABSTAINING.

BDR R-2064 -	Directs Legislative Commission to conduct interim study concerning 
management of housing programs in Nevada.

ASSEMBLYWOMAN EVANS MOVED FOR COMMITTEE INTRODUCTION OF  
          BDR R-2064.

ASSEMBLYWOMAN GIUNCHIGLIANI SECONDED THE MOTION WITH          
  ASSEMBLYMEN LAMBERT, ALLARD AND MONAGHAN VOTING NO.
