A quorum was present. BDR R-1988 - Amends Joint Rules of Senate and Assembly to require that standing committee hear and consider only information made available to public. ASSEMBLYWOMAN VIVIAN FREEMAN MOVED FOR COMMITTEE INTRODUCTION OF BDR R-1988. ASSEMBLYMAN THOMAS FETTIC SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED. ********* ASSEMBLY CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 21 - Directs development of proposal to amend state plan for assistance to medically indigent to include coverage for treatment of substance abuse provided to recipient of Medicaid in nonhospital setting. ASSEMBLYWOMAN VIVIAN FREEMAN MOVED TO ADOPT A.C.R. 21. ASSEMBLYWOMAN JAN MONAGHAN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED. ASSEMBLY CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 22 - Encourages Department of Human Resources to require person who contracts with Medicaid to provide coordinated care to use national data base to obtain certain information.
