MINUTES OF THE
	ASSEMBLY TEMPORARY COMMITTEE ON ELECTIONS AND PROCEDURES

	Sixty-eighth Session

The Assembly Temporary Committee on Elections and Procedures was called to 
order at 12:15 p.m., on Monday, January 16, 1995, Chairmen Lambert and Spitler 
presiding in Room 331 of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.

Chairman Spitler and Chairman Lambert reviewed the credentials of the forty 
Assemblymen-elect as listed on the Reports of Committees attached as EXHIBIT 
A.  

MR. HETTRICK MOVED TO ACCEPT ALL CREDENTIALS.

MR. PRICE SECONDED THE MOTION.

Chairman Spitler asked for questions on the motion.  There were none.  

THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

Chairman Spitler then asked if any member of the public wished to testify.  There 
was none.

Since there was no further business to come before the committee, the meeting 
was adjourned at 12:23 p.m.
