FLOOR MINUTES OF THE ASSEMBLY COMMITTEE ON COMMERCE Sixty-eighth Session July 2, 1995 The Assembly Committee on Commerce was called to order on the floor of the Assembly at 9:10 p.m. on Sunday, July 2, 1995, by the presiding Chairman, Larry Spitler, to take action on S.B. 361. Present were: Assemblymen Allard, Arberry, Brower, Buckley, Fettic, Giunchigliani, Hettrick, Humke, Perkins, Schneider, Spitler and Tiffany. SENATE BILL 361 - 1st Reprint - Makes various changes relating to manufactured housing. Ms. Buckley explained the intent and gist of S.B. 361 - First Reprint, and told the committee Joe Guild, representing the mobile park owners, supported the bill with the changes. After some further discussion between Ms. Buckley, Mr. Hettrick and Mr. Allard, the committee took the following action: ASSEMBLYWOMAN GIUNCHIGLIANI MOVED TO DO PASS S.B. 361 - FIRST REPRINT. ASSEMBLYMAN ARBERRY SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED. (ASSEMBLYMEN HETTRICK AND ALLARD VOTED NO, ALL OTHERS VOTED YES.)
