	ASSEMBLY COMMITTEE ON COMMERCE

	Sixty-eighth Session
	July 1, 1995



The Assembly Committee on Commerce was called to order on the floor of the 
Assembly at 11:20 a.m. on Saturday, July 1, 1995, by the presiding Chairman, 
Larry Spitler, to take action on A.B. 581.  Present were: Assemblymen Allard, 
Brower, Fettic, Giunchigliani, Hettrick, Spitler and Tiffany.

ASSEMBLY BILL 581- 1st Reprint -	Makes various changes concerning 
department of business and industry.

ASSEMBLYMAN ALLARD MOVED TO CONCUR A.B. 581 WITH SENATE 
AMENDMENT.

ASSEMBLYWOMAN GIUNCHIGLIANI SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY BY THOSE PRESENT.  

The meeting adjourned at 11:25 a.m.
