The Assembly Committee on Commerce was called to order on the floor of the 
Assembly at 11:45 a.m. on Monday, June 26, 1995, by the presiding Chairman, 
Larry Spitler, for the purpose of adopting Amendment No. 1326 to Senate Bill 
344.  Present were: Assemblymen Allard, Brower, Fettic, Giunchigliani, Perkins, 
Schneider, Spitler and Tiffany.

SENATE BILL 344- 2nd Reprint -	Revises provisions relating to licensing of 
chiropractors and chiropractors' 
assistants.

ASSEMBLYMAN BUCKLEY MOVED TO ADOPT AMENDMENT NO. 1326 
TO SENATE BILL 344.

ASSEMBLYWOMAN GIUNCHIGLIANI SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY BY THOSE PRESENT.

The meeting adjourned at 11:50 a.m.
