Requires a licensee to obtain authorization from the Department for the number of each species of upland game bird that may be taken on a shooting preserve, requires upland game birds be at least eight weeks old and winged before being hunted on a shooting preserve, limits the hunting season for upland game birds on shooting preserves to August to April of each year, defines the licensee and requires hunters to obtain and carry permits for hunting upland game birds on a shooting preserve  (5/5/04)
