The Nevada Legislature Press Accreditation Request
for the 83rd (2025) Session

Persons planning to use press space within the Assembly and Senate Chambers and access press resources provided by the Legislative Counsel Bureau must be accredited by both houses of the Nevada Legislature and must obtain a press badge issued by the Legislative Counsel Bureau.

Badges are issued on a temporary basis. You are not considered accredited until your name has been sent to each House and read into the record. If proper identification is not presented, the Nevada Press Association or Nevada Broadcasters Association will be contacted and will make the decision for accreditation. If you are not approved, you will be notified and must return your press badge.

Once you submit this information, you can only make changes by emailing the Lobbyist Registrar at [email protected] or call (775) 684-1380.

By checking the box you choose to submit your request for accreditation. You understand, and declare under penalty of perjury, that by checking this box, the information you provided on this form is complete, true and correct.
