Once you submit this information, you can only make changes by emailing the Lobbyist Registrar at lobbyistregistrar@lcb.state.nv.us or call (775) 684-1380.
   By checking the box, you are declaring that you are not registered as a lobbyist pursuant to chapter 218H of NRS and, to the best of your knowledge and belief at this time, you do not intend to register as a lobbyist or engage in any lobbying activities that would require you to register as a lobbyist during any regular or special session pursuant to chapter 218H of NRS.
   By checking the box, you are acknowledging that, if you are accredited as a member of a bona fide news medium and thereafter register as a lobbyist or engage in any lobbying activities that would require you to register as a lobbyist during any regular or special session pursuant to chapter 218H of NRS, regardless of whether you properly register or fail to register as a lobbyist as required by that chapter, you shall be deemed to have forfeited your accreditation, and you must return your press badge as a member of a bona fide news medium to the Legislative Counsel Bureau.
   By checking the box, you are submitting your request for accreditation and understand, and declare under penalty of perjury under the law of the State of Nevada, that the information you submitted on this form is complete, true and correct.
