Nevada Lobbyist Training

On December 20, 2012, the Legislative Commission adopted the following amendment to the September 14, 2012, regulations on lobbying under the authority of NRS 218H.400 and 218H.500:

The LCB shall provide training for lobbyists before each legislative session. All Lobbyists must attend such training or arrange to obtain a video of the training from the Chief of the Administrative Division of the Legislative Counsel Bureau and submit a signed certification that they have watched the video.

In order to comply with this amendment and accommodate lobbyists who are registered or will be registering, you may view the video of the training given on January 9, 2013, by clicking on the following link:

Once you have viewed the video, you must submit the signed "Lobbyist Training Video Viewing Certification" to the Lobbyist Registration office, located at the Legislative Building, 401 S. Carson St., Room 1199, Carson City, NV 89701. The document may be downloaded at the link below:
